Location

In the heart of the Prati district

Our guesthouse is located between the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo, in the heart of the Prati district—elegant, central, and full of restaurants and shops. We’re well connected by the Lepanto and Ottaviano metro stations, as well as numerous public transport options.

Just steps from the Vatican

We’re in an ideal location for exploring Rome’s main attractions on foot. St. Peter’s, Castel Sant’Angelo, and the Vatican Museums are all less than a 10-minute walk away, through one of the city’s most elegant neighborhoods.

Shopping at Cola di Rienzo

Via Cola di Rienzo is one of Rome’s most popular shopping streets: boutiques, international brands, local markets, bookstores, and bistros line this lively yet orderly avenue, perfect for a pleasant stroll.

Experience Prati like a local

Among historic cafés, wine bars, and quality restaurants, Prati is an authentic and relaxed neighborhood. We’ll recommend our favorite spots for breakfast, aperitifs, or a traditional dinner just steps from the property.
